style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"translation-block\">\u9999\u6e2f\u5927\u5b78\u674e\u5609\u8aa0\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u81e8\u5e8a\u91ab\u5b78\u5b78\u9662\u5152\u7ae5\u53ca\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u79d1\u5b78\u7cfb\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u6700\u8fd1\u767c\u8868\u4e00\u9805\u7a81\u7834\u6027\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u9996\u6b21\u5229\u7528\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u5b78\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u6574\u5408\u82f1\u570b\u751f\u7269\u6a23\u672c\u5eab\u548c\u7cbe\u795e\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u5b78\u806f\u76df\u7684\u5927\u578b\u516c\u5171\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u6578\u64da\u5eab\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u903e50\u842c\u540d\u500b\u6848\u7684\u795e\u7d93\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\u6578\u64da\u53ca14\u842c\u5b97\u5152\u7ae5\u53d7\u8650\u7d93\u6b77\uff0c\u63ed\u793a\u5152\u7ae5\u8650\u5f85\u8207\u591a\u7a2e\u795e\u7d93\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u56e0\u679c\u95dc\u9023\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u5df2\u520a\u767b\u65bc\u570b\u969b\u671f\u520a\u300a\u82f1\u570b\u7cbe\u795e\u75c5\u5b78\u96dc\u8a8c\u300b\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5152\u7ae5\u6642\u671f\u906d\u53d7\u8650\u5f85\u6703\u5927\u5e45\u589e\u52a0\u591a\u7a2e\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff1a\u53d7\u8650\u8005\u7f79\u60a3\u601d\u89ba\u5931\u8abf\u75c7\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u589e\u52a0\u4e94\u500d\uff1b\u5c08\u6ce8\u529b\u5931\u8abf\u53ca\u904e\u5ea6\u6d3b\u8e8d\u75c7\u98a8\u96aa\u9ad8\u9054\u4e5d\u500d\uff1b\u800c\u91cd\u5ea6\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u98a8\u96aa\u4e5f\u589e\u52a0\u8fd1\u4e00\u500d\u3002\u5728\u751f\u7269\u5c64\u9762\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\u5152\u7ae5\u8650\u5f85\u6703\u5728\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u7559\u4e0b\u300cDNA\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u300d\u7684\u8868\u89c0\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u6a19\u8a18\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u6a19\u8a18\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u74b0\u5883\u3001\u751f\u6d3b\u7fd2\u6163\u751a\u81f3\u5fc3\u7406\u58d3\u529b\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5152\u7ae5\u8650\u5f85\u5c31\u662f\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u500b\u5371\u96aa\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u80fd\u5728\u57fa\u56e0\u4e0a\u7559\u4e0b\u9577\u671f\u7684\u300c\u6a19\u8a18\u300d\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u5f9e\u6578\u5343\u500b\u6a19\u8a18\u4e2d\u9396\u5b9a\u5341\u500b\u7570\u5e38\u4f4d\u9ede\uff0c\u5206\u5e03\u5728\u4e5d\u500b\u95dc\u9375\u57fa\u56e0\u9644\u8fd1\uff0c\u5176\u4e2dCLU\u3001MAPT\u548cHNRNPK\u4e09\u500b\u57fa\u56e0\u8207\u795e\u7d93\u9000\u5316\u6027\u75be\u75c5\uff08\u5982\u963f\u8332\u6d77\u9ed8\u75c7\u3001\u67cf\u91d1\u905c\u75c7\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u8a8d\u77e5\u969c\u7919\uff09\u5bc6\u5207\u76f8\u95dc\uff0c\u63ed\u793a\u5152\u7ae5\u8650\u5f85\u53ef\u80fd\u5f71\u97ff\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\u8207\u795e\u7d93\u9000\u5316\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u5171\u540c\u751f\u7269\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u70ba\u5236\u5b9a\u66f4\u7cbe\u6e96\u7684\u65e9\u671f\u5e72\u9810\u548c\u9810\u9632\u7b56\u7565\u63d0\u4f9b\u95dc\u9375\u7684\u79d1\u5b78\u4f9d\u64da\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8ca0\u8cac\u9818\u5c0e\u6b64\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u5152\u7ae5\u53ca\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u79d1\u5b78\u7cfb\u81e8\u5e8a\u526f\u6559\u6388\u937e\u4f83\u8a00\u91ab\u751f\u6307\u51fa\uff1a\u300c\u904e\u53bb\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e3b\u8981\u4f9d\u8cf4\u9577\u671f\u8ffd\u8e64\u548c\u554f\u5377\u8abf\u67e5\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u4e9b\u65b9\u6cd5\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u751f\u6d3b\u74b0\u5883\u3001\u793e\u6703\u80cc\u666f\u7b49\u6df7\u96dc\u56e0\u7d20\u5e72\u64fe\uff0c\u96e3\u4ee5\u6e96\u78ba\u8a55\u4f30\u5152\u7ae5\u8650\u5f85\u7684\u9577\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u653f\u7b56\u5236\u5b9a\u548c\u81e8\u5e8a\u5e72\u9810\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6709\u529b\u4f9d\u64da\u3002\u6e2f\u5927\u91ab\u5b78\u9662\u5718\u968a\u9996\u6b21\u63a1\u7528\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u5b78\u548c\u8868\u89c0\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4ee5\u5ba2\u89c0\u65b9\u6cd5\u5206\u6790\u5152\u7ae5\u8650\u5f85\u5982\u4f55\u5f71\u97ff\u5927\u8166\u8207\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u9054\uff0c\u4e26\u627e\u51fa\u53ef\u5e72\u9810\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u70ba\u9810\u9632\u548c\u6cbb\u7642\u63d0\u4f9b\u79d1\u5b78\u57fa\u790e\u3002\u300d<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4ed6\u7e8c\u6307\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u7ae5\u5e74\u53d7\u8650\u80fd\u5728\u57fa\u56e0\u5c64\u9762\u7559\u4e0b\u9577\u671f\u6a19\u8a18\uff0c\u4e26\u5f71\u97ff\u8207\u795e\u7d93\u9000\u5316\u75be\u75c5\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u8b58\u5225DNA\u7532\u57fa\u5316\u6a19\u8a18\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u6709\u671b\u958b\u767c\u91dd\u5c0d\u9ad8\u98a8\u96aa\u4eba\u7fa4\u7684\u65e9\u671f\u751f\u7269\u6a19\u8a8c\u7269\u7be9\u67e5\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u63a2\u7d22\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642\u9776\u9ede\uff0c\u5f9e\u6e90\u982d\u964d\u4f4e\u75be\u75c5\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5e0c\u671b\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u80fd\u6210\u70ba\u4e00\u500b\u8d77\u9ede\uff0c\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u904b\u7528\u540c\u6a23\u56b4\u8b39\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u7cfb\u7d71\u6027\u5730\u7814\u7a76\u8650\u5f85\u3001\u5ffd\u8996\u3001\u5bb6\u5ead\u56f0\u5883\u7b49\u5404\u985e\u6210\u9577\u9006\u5883\uff0c\u5168\u9762\u89e3\u6790\u5176\u7e3d\u9ad4\u5371\u5bb3\u8207\u9577\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u793e\u6703\u6b63\u8996\u6210\u9577\u9006\u5883\u5c0d\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u6df1\u9060\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u300d<\/p><p style=\"font-weight:
