Under the Ordinance, individuals have the right to request access to and correction of their personal data held by the University. Should you wish to access or correct your personal information held by us, please present your enquiry or request to our Data Protection Officer, CIO and Librarian Office, 4/F Main Library, The University of Hong Kong or by email to privacy@hku.hk. Data access request should be made by completing and submitting the Data Access Request Form. A reasonable fee will be charged for the processing of any data access request.
